I’ve been a patient here (Daniel Island location Primary Health with Dr Hund) for some time, and I want to be very honest about my experience. Dr. Hund is a wonderful doctor in person —knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive. I have always felt heard and respected during my actual appointments. Unfortunately, the office communication has been extremely disappointing. I have been corresponding for over a week trying to get an important medication refill. Over the last few days, I made it very clear that this was an emergency and that I was struggling with my mental health — and I was still blatantly ignored. This is now the second serious issue I’ve had with lack of response and delayed follow-through. It feels like the practice has become too busy or too popular to properly manage patient needs. When it comes to timely prescriptions, especially for mental health, there is no excuse for this level of neglect. If you choose to go here, be prepared for the possibility of delayed or ignored messages and not receiving time-sensitive medications when you desperately need them. That is unacceptable, and I truly hope the office addresses this issue.

I am incredibly grateful to have found Dr. Kiselova. Her bedside manner is exceptional—warm, professional, and compassionate. I don’t feel like just another appointment; she listens intently, doesn’t rush, and genuinely cares about my well-being.

An appointment was canceled without me knowing, everyone is rude, they measured my baby’s head wrong during his first appointment and seemed completely clueless. Avoid this place at all costs!

I’m a senior who has been seeing Dr Hund for about four years now and she is the best with a great support staff.

I was originally scheduled to see Dr. Hund for a new patient appointment in May which would have been a 6 months wait for an appointment. I was cancelled on months after scheduling because she wasn’t accepting new patients on that particular weekday anymore. I tried to get on her schedule, but she wasn’t accepting new patients at all. I then rescheduled with Dr. Bunt in January 2025 which would have been a 9 month wait, two months after scheduling, I was canceled on again and told he was not accepting new patients on that particular day and not accepting new patients anymore at all. It should not be this hard to get a doctors appointment especially when you have one scheduled and are canceled on for no other reason than poor management. I can’t even imagine scheduling another appointment on the off chance I get canceled again.

Though I'm dealing with several major health issues, my chronic lower back pain can no longer sit 'on the back burner.' I considered physical therapy, but, opted to try acupuncture, first, as it's been helpful in the past. While there are many practitioners offering this alternative medicine, I wanted an MD certified to perform this procedure, preferably, one that is associated with MUSC. I found an MD that did acupuncture as part of his family practice located in Daniel Island. As with appointments for new patients in all disciplines, I had to wait two months for the first appointment. There's plenty of parking. I pre-checked in through the patient portal. I waited just a few minutes for the triage tech and then, the doctor. The procedure was fine. Dr. Bunt asked me to return in 2 weeks. The only downside, and perhaps, a show stopper, is that the doctor only performs acupuncture on Monday mornings and Tuesday afternoons ... he's heavily booked and I wasn't able to get an appointment until September 16. Oh, well ...

Made an appointment in March to see Dr. Hurd in JANUARY, then this October, two months out, they email me saying that she’s only taking one new patient a week so they’re canceling my appointment and my first available rescheduled date is JULY of the NEXT year. I think it’s absolutely ridiculous to treat patients this way, especially when I already had appointment scheduled for six months. Clearly a lack of management and organization. complete disrespect to patients
