Always great experience here. I have had a few suits and uniforms tailored here, they are always accommodating to my needs and friendly. It’s a small shop, so don’t expect a polished, corporate experience, but I think that’s what makes them unique.

Customer service leaves a lot do be desired—terse and bossy. Charged me $70 in cash up front to hem two shirts and then told me it would take more than two weeks to have them ready. When I showed up with ticket to pick them up, the shirts weren’t ready. I was then told they’d have them for me on Monday. The price was crazy expensive. I will not use them again.

This is Carol’s husband, Charles. It’s true that the cash-up-front rule is inconvenient and a customer might not always “feel the warmth”, but I have found no place better to get a suit or sports coat tailored. And, having lived in Rochester, NY, which was the home of Hickey Freeman and therefore was full of experienced and skillful tailors, is saying a lot.
