Nicolette and the entire team at M2M are amazing and great to work with. I spent about 6 months working with Nicolette to help with mobility and strengthening for a nagging injury. I felt the best I have in years and now have the tools to ? stay healthy. I appreciate how she took the time to listen to my issues, habits, schedule and then personalize a plan that worked for me and my schedule. I would highly recommend M2M and specifically, Nicolette.
I can’t say enough great things about Made to Move and my physical therapist, Nicolette. After an orthopedic doctor told me I would likely need hip surgery, I tried traditional PT somewhere else with minor improvement. Then I came to Made to Move - and the difference has been incredible. I no longer need surgery, and I’m able to stay active without pain.
Nicolette is extremely thorough and truly listens. She customizes every part of the plan to address the root of the problem and get you back to 100%. Made 2 Move is top notch. I went in for knee pain that was limiting all activities including walking. After working with Nicolette I was back in the gym and even competed in a Hyrox! I can't say enough good things. If you are struggling with an injury M2M should be your next call!! Sandra
