We thought we might have a termite problem so I scheduled an appointment and the termite specialist came out two days later. The young lady who scheduled the appointment was very informative and kind on the phone. The technician was very professional and kind but what I appreciate most is the honesty and integrity in their business.?
It was comforting to know that we did not have a termite problem. There was absolutely no feeling of salesman pressure that I’m sure would come with a corporate owned exterminating company.
If and when we need their services, They will be the first to call.
BTW, the inspection was free.?
I've been using Ledford's for my termite inspections and regular pest control since March 2019 and they are fantastic! It's great to work with a local business that has a live person answer the phone all the time - hi, Sherry! I also love working with my technician, Sherrick! He is very thoughtful and helps identify issues around my home even before I notice them. He is friendly and thorough.
