I am sooo frustrated i ever used Centerwell in West Ashley!! Very dissatisfied with mgmt & staff....waithing several months for the release of my couple years of records...still waiting...absolutely terrible patient service...wish i had never walked into that place!!

This used to be a wonderful practice , but when Doctor Gilbreth retired and Dr Vizzerman left to pursue other opportunities. This practice is horrible. The doctor that took Gilbreth place Dr .Alagna. Lacks the care and compassion , took him a week to sign on a refill for me . The other Doctor Kathy Bolus Was a true B to say the least you couldn’t get a word in edgewise. I don’t think she listened to one thing I said. Very sad to see this once booming practice go to one star , but it’s all in who the doctors are and staff are. I have been here for about 20 years through 3 doctors 2 retiring and one moving on to his own ward at Musc. So my review should tell you...read full review

HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!! The doctor was wonderful, but the facility seriously OVER CHARGES because you are BILLED TWICE because it is considered a "hospital" and they charge you a $214 facility fee in addition to the $362 doctor fee for my first appointment. STAY AWAY FROM MUSC, MOST LOCATIONS HAVE THIS FEE STRUCTURE. I was told that the West Ashley location in Citadel Mall, East Cooper in Mt Pleasant and North Charleston off of University Blvd are the only locations that do not charge this fee.
