Most honest and best cleaners on JI. I absentmindedly left my favorite (expensive yet personally priceless) ring in the pocket of a pair of pants I dropped off to be cleaned. I was looking for that ring for weeks and was convinced I had lost it. When I picked up my dry cleaning a little paper bag was attached to my items. It was stapled shut. My favorite ring was back! This place is seriously the best! Thank you for returning my beloved ring!! As long as I'm on JI, I will use this place and can't recommend it enough.

Two sweaters dry cleaned and hung on oversized hangers creating stretched neck line & leaving shoulders stretched out from ends of hangers on both. I’ve never known any dry cleaner to not fold sweaters on a hanger . Also had dress cleaned and hung with out using hanger strings inside. dress creating again stretched out neck line From hanger fatigue. Very disappointing. However very friendly staff.

In a pinch they are ok, but their prices are sky high in my opinion. I took things here when I didn't have time to drive to West Ashley to the 1.99 cleaners. I think I may even still have some of their hangers!
