I'm celebrating a one year anniversary with this studio and I anticipate another great year. All aspects of this establishment is above and beyond an excellent experience for me. You have talented instructors like mine (Denys Simon) who are professional and kind-all of them. I'm as amateur as you can get and I have always felt welcomed and in a no-judgement surrounding with only encouragement and this drives me to keep continuing to learn and improve. Did I mention that the entire staff is incredible? Okay, there you go....so if you are looking for a dance studio this is hands down the best in this city.
We came for a few lessons to prepare for the first dance at our wedding. Denys was an incredible instructor and got us ready for the big day in only a few sessions despite neither of us having danced before. 10/10
Highly recommend International Ballroom Dance Studios! I have been taking classes at the Charleston/West Ashley studio for several months and am loving them; the entire staff is welcoming and helpful, the studio space is nice, and the teachers are great. I have mainly taken classes from Denys, who is professional and great at teaching a lot of material while keeping it fun, but all of the instructors seem to be top notch!
