Holy Cow! Warm, welcoming, loving. You can “do yoga “or you can come here and experience the whole world of yoga. Immerse yourself spiritually and physically. Traci and her teachers are the best there is. If you’re new you’ll get nothing but acceptance, guidance, and kindness. People have been coming here exclusively for years and many have moved off and now still participate virtually from all over the world. It is an amazing place. All of the instructors are great. Love Holy Cow.

Holy Cow, this yoga studio is amazing!! If you're looking for a place to bend, breathe and be, this is the place. They have practically every type of class you can imagine. Prices are great, instructors are fantastic, and the vibe is exactly right. Give it a try and see for yourself.

I’ve been going to holy cow about 5 years and this review is long overdue! I love this studio for the wide variety of classes offered, and the amount of classes offered daily. The teachers all bring something different to the table, the staff is so friendly and it is a really great sense of community here. I always leave feeling better physically and mentally. ❤️
