I wanted to try the Oticon Zeal hearing aids. I was given the chance to try them over the weekend. I sent Jennifer Esse a message over the weekend and she answered it for me. Even though I opted not to purchase these hearing aids at this time, I was never pressured to make this purchase.

Every single person in this practice (the receptionist, the tech, and the doctor) are extremely professional, knowledgable, and kind. Really helpful and very welcoming. The office is new, clean, and very nice. I felt like I had a five-star experience.
