I just completed my 100th class at F45 and I couldn’t love it more! The coaches are incredibly supportive, motivating, and make every workout fun. If you’re looking for a fitness community that feels like home, I highly recommend F45 Downtown Charleston!

Let me just start by saying that joining F45 sells itself, and anyone who has tried it can fully attest. Out of all the workouts I’ve tried over the last 10+ years – and I’ve tried just about everything – there’s NOTHING that drives results like F45… and the progress is quite literally addicting! I’ve grown stronger than I ever thought possible, pushing myself mentally and physically during every workout. As a result, I’m in the best shape of my life.

Did not think F45 was going to be for me but THIS location, F45 Downtown Charleston is hands down the only F45 location I will ever go to because of the trainers and vibe!! LOVE how the trainers will correct your form and give you a little push to go harder with the workout even when the classes are super full! Started during the Welcome Week promo, got hooked and ended up purchasing a class pack to use while I'm in town. Will definitely continue to come here any and every time I'm in town! Thank you Logan, Scott, Jade and Tucker for being awesome trainers and welcoming me to your studio! ????
