I scheduled a virtual showing with Emily and it was amazing! The attention to detail was incredible and she was able to ask all the right questions to help create the perfect ring. Even from a virtual showing you’re able to see product examples from the stones all the way to the bands. Emily was a tremendous help in this process and I am very pleased with the result!
I absolutely can not say enough good things about EWGC. The attention to detail they have is unlike any other. I recently sent in my ring to be resized after having a baby 20 months ago. After the resize they do a quality check before sending it back. They noticed my band was too thin for their standards and knew that it could (and likely would) warp if they sent it out as is. They contacted me said they would be recasting the ring to make sure this issue did not happen. It was so good to know that they care about my ring as much as I do. I just did my virtual appointment with Shelby to pick out my eternity band and she was extremely helpful through the whole process when showing me all the preferred selections and answering all my questions.
