The first time I went my nails were done cheerfully and perfectly. The 2ndvisit was a disaster. She filed the sides of my nails so hard they hurt, cut them down much further than I requested and kept filing them after repeatedly asking her to stop. She spoke very littke, if any English so it was hard to communicate with her. I don't think she wanted to be there. My dip nails looked like chunky, wavy squares. When I called to let Nina know, she was confrontive and rude. She made the offer to come back in and she would fix it. Frankly, I had no desire to go back.

I highly recommend going to East Bay Nails! I got a full set of beautiful acrylics in an hour. Nam did an incredible job and he was gentle as well. I am hesitant to get acrylics at new places but Nam gave me the best set ever. 10/10!Service: Acrylic nails

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews of this salon but I am in Charleston from out of town for a week vacation and needed my nails done before pregnancy/engagement announcement photos. My experience was very exceptional, my tech did a lovely dip powder and manicure. Price was appropriate and the salon was clean and inviting.
