This was my first time visiting Knox & Olive, and I’m genuinely so glad I booked. From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming, clean, and professional. I went in for a lash lift and an eyebrow wax, and the entire experience was smooth and relaxing.

My technician was kind, patient, and really knowledgeable—she explained the process clearly and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. I appreciated that she took the time to talk through what result would look best based on my natural lashes, and you can tell she truly cares about doing things correctly and safely.

i’ve gotten lash lifts and brow lamination with Sydney. She was professional and sweet (also hilarious) and the process was super easy. I haven’t had to use a curler, which is so amazing because my eyelashes are usually straight. Great space great service great results.
