Friendly efficient staff who communicate well. I only wished the pick up time to be later on Sunday because I could neither go to church before or after pick up or stay for a later with my family because pick was between 7:30 and 10:00 am.
Obi absolutely loves Dog Tired on James island! The staff always goes the extra mile to make him happy and it feels like extended family for him! He always comes back smelling fresh and sleepy/cuddly from lots of play time!!
Oh my gosh! Using Dog Tired's services for our wedding was AMAZING!!! They were so kind, loving and truly cared for our dogs like they were their own during our special day. They picked up both our dogs at our airbnb, transported them to our wedding venue, and then assisted with handling/walking them so they could participate in our ceremony and of course we could then snap pictures with them after the ceremony! They then took them home, walked and fed them, and then returned again later in the evening for another bathroom break. To top everything off they left timely updates with pictures in their portal!!!
