From start to finish, the carpet cleaning service was excellent. Our two large dogs shed a ton of hair, and they love leaving most of it on our new, pricey wool carpet. I called and spoke with Tracy, who quickly set up an appointment for us. Brayden and another technician arrived right on time in the morning, put on shoe covers, explained what they would do, and got right to work. In just about an hour, our carpet looked and smelled fresh—almost like it was just installed! They even gave us a helpful brochure with tips on keeping our carpets clean, along with a spot remover to help if our dogs ever have another messy moment.
