Everyone was friendly, and the carpet cleaning quality was excellent. Scheduling the appointment was simple, and I received clear instructions on how to get ready before the carpet cleaning team arrived. I also got an email, a phone call ahead of time, and a text from Nicholas and Gary when they were on the way to my home in Charleston. When they arrived, they explained the cleaning products and equipment they would use, how the carpet cleaning process would work, and they kept me informed whenever they noticed an area that needed extra attention. This carpet cleaning company came highly recommended by several people. I recently scheduled a cleaning for a family member’s apartment. When Nicholas arrived, he was very polite and professional. After looking over the carpets, he explained that the building would likely need to replace them, so cleaning wouldn’t be the best value for us right now. He didn’t even charge for the visit! I was really impressed with his honesty and professionalism. If I could, I’d give more than five stars!
