Rob Mettlach with Cransten Handyman & Remodeling made my dream come true. I needed a pedicure platform built in my new salon suite and I was on time crunch. I was very concerned about the size of the platform within my small space. Rob went above and beyond by being huge help in the brainstorming of the build, adjusting size and height on the spot, and added beautiful finishing touches to my platform. I am so grateful for Rob. We loved Rob!! He communicated thoroughly the day before to make sure he was totally prepared and arrived exactly on time. Our back door frame was rotted out from a previous poor install, and he went above and beyond to ensure it would stand the test of time this time around. Perfect craftsmanship, fair pricing, and all around good dude. We will only be using cransten for any additional renovation projects in the future.
The Cransten team came in clutch on some repairs that some other outfit failed to accomplish by the deadline they agreed to prior to closing on the sale of my townhome in North Charleston. Lucky for us, Cransten took the ball, agreed to a deadline and then rescheduled only a few hours later letting me know they would be able to accomplish the work needing done the day of the request for service. These guys when out of their way to help in a time crunch. Absolutely blessed to work with this team.
