Compass Fitness is an awesome spot to train. Will and Scott take the time to tailor programs to you and adjust things as needed, and they’re incredibly flexible with scheduling, which makes it easy to stay consistent and on track. It’s a welcoming environment with a great community of people all working toward a common goal. The programs stay challenging and continue to deliver great results.
