If I could give less stars, I would. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! I contracted Preston Clark to give me a home inspection on a new property I purchased in Charleston. I informed him we were are on a tight schedule, and only had a few days to do our due diligence and our $3,000 deposit was on the line. On Saturday, he promised the report would be emailed to me the following day. On Sunday, he told me my report was completed, and he'd be sending it to me after I payed in full, which I did. After several hours of not receiving the report, with numerous texts back and forth with excuse after excuse, I still had not received the inspection report.
