Took forever to get the appointment after referral from LensCrafters and a couple follow up calls bc I didn’t hear back from them. The appointment was at 9, so I had to leave home at 740 just to make it here to sit.The tech was sweet and apologized then provided an excuse for the delay. But as a customer we should have been advised of the delay/wait or offered to reschedule instead of waiting so long. (That’s would have been better customer service) The tech dilated my eyes at 935.Had 9 am appt and all paperwork done prior to arriving. I still waited over 1hr after being dialated at 935 in the back to just to be seen by doctor at 10:30. WAITING. And waiting.. why...read full review

Dr. Lee has took care of my mother and father in laws for years. I have been seeing him for a long time and found that he is friendly and very knowledgeable. I trust him to tell me what I need to do for my eyes.I recommend him to my friends
