MyEyeDr. provides a unique and enjoyable experience for its customers. The staff at both locations are lovely, friendly, and patient, making the process of getting an eye exam and picking out new glasses a breeze. Prices are reasonable, and customers are pleased with their new prescription glasses. The office is welcoming, and the staff go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience.
Nice practice, however, I had to buy a 3 month supply of contacts of which I only used 2 weeks of the supply because I needed to get cataract surgery. When I tried to return 2 months of the order with unopened boxes they said they could not take these back which I find very disconcerting. I check with a retired eye doctor friend of mine in another state and he said they return and exchange contacts all the time with the manufacturer. I think it’s a shame that they have this policy so they can just keep the sale! Fortunately I will not need these after surgery but I think it would have been proper customer service to offer a refund for this.
