I picked the company with the highest ratings for the area, but that doesn’t really seem to mean much. My system is finally fixed after several visits, 19 days, almost $8k, multiple arguments to try to get them to “fix” their work. All during this time we heard we needed a new system because it’s struggling to keep up or “an 8-year-old system just doesn’t last as long as they used to.” The first technician couldn’t figure out the cause of condensation in the attic. After they replaced a portion of the duct work, when instead all the ducts were supposed be replaced, we had to call them again because the house wasn’t cooling properly. These wonderful people came thru yet again!!! My heat went out last night, emailed them this morning, and sitting in a cozy house this evening. The tech showed up when he said he’d be there. He was upfront about the work and the price. He explained what he was doing and didn’t leave until I was happy with the work!! They have been my go to HVAC people for years now. I highly recommend them to everyone!!

Carolina Climate Control was an absolute lifesaver during the summer heat!
While another company couldn’t even assess our unit for a week, Carolina Climate Control responded immediately. The team was incredibly professional—kind, punctual, respectful of our home, and even gave us helpful tips on better (and more affordable) filters. We’ll definitely be using them again!
