I could have given this company a stellar review, but in the end they screwed up bad and ignored me. After months of my own detective work, I found out that they got my EIN wrong, and because of that I could not apply for my forgiveness letter. They only can be contacted by email. No phone. The financial institute, Capital Plus Financial who originated my loan will not return calls. Blue Acorn is under investigation by the US Congress for fraud. the physical/mailing address for the company is a Shopping Mall in Scottsdale, AZ... letters are undeliverable. Run from this company. Stay away. This is no joke.

Liars, this place approved my brother for a PPP loan never sent the money but reported that they did to SBA. Blue acorn stole thousands of dollars in PPP loans from people who were approved. They then sent him emails harassing him to apply for a forgiveness on a loan he never received.

Went thru the whole process with their estimator telling me one amount then the application halving that amount, then after fighting with their software denied. They didn't allow upload of 2020 tax return. only upload 2019 or estimate 2020. Makes no sence.
