How can I start to review Balance Pilates Katie is a strong but sensitive instructor who ensures that you understand the principles, anatomy, and safety guidelines necessary to achieve the most out of your sessions. Katie gave clear communication and was able to explain exercises clearly to all. She took the time to observe each participant and offered modifications or adjustments based on individual needs and fitness levels. Katie the instructor is great. As a newbie to pilates I find her instructions clear, taking a the group through each movement brilliantly and adapting the moves where needed, as some moves I find a bit tricky. I find it relaxing whilst also feeling like I've had a good workout.
I really enjoyed my experience of Balance Pilates. The venue was warm and inviting and Katie is personable, clear and knowledgeable. I liked the fact that Katie is also positive and “can-do”. The exercises were achievable yet offered a challenge too and I learnt little details from Katie that were useful going forward regarding core and strength. I would definitely recommend this class.
