Balance acupuncture found my balance! I grew up afraid of needles and still to this day don’t like them but I’m happy to go to balance acupuncture for some acupuncture. They make me feel calm and at ease - I don’t even think about the needles involved while I’m there. #zen
My favorite place ever. I have been going to see lauren for 2 years now! She was with me during and after my first pregnancy and now she is with me during my second. She truly listens to your concerns and can help so much. She completely healed my heartburn I had for years!!
Tinsley is exceptional. She meets you exactly where you are, both physically and mentally, and takes the time to understand your body’s needs as well as your personal goals. I hadn’t had acupuncture in years, but I immediately felt relaxed, supported, and deeply cared for. Her gentle, compassionate approach puts you at ease, and I left the session feeling lighter, rejuvenated, and more grounded. I highly recommend her and definitely need to make this a regular part of my self-care routine
