Scott was outstanding. From the moment he introduced himself I could tell he was going to be thorough. He takes his job seriously but is also very easy to talk to, taking his time to hear concerns and questions before starting. Throughout the inspection he checked with me regularly to point out things he was finding. He had no problem with me asking questions while he was working and took the time to answer them thoroughly. I appreciate his attention to detail and would not hesitate to use him again.
