The woman doing my nails picked up the cuticle trimmer she had used on the person before me. When I complained she took out a packet with seemingly new ones. She apologized and said sometimes they just don’t have time to do the full “bath”... I assume she means the barbicide or autoclave legally required for sanitation. It was almost halfway through when I noticed the pack she pulled out wasn't sealed, meaning it never got ran through EITHER!!! Im never going back but seriously hope the health dept does.

Nail techs are pretty good at their job. They really try to up sell which is kinda annoying sometimes

Not dirty, not clean. My mani pedi was not great, not terrible. It smelled like secondhand smoke and cost $50 plus tip.
