Happened to be in Charleston for a relative who had surgery at MUSC and needed help with a minor health issue. I saw the NP Andrea and she was great! So caring and attentive. She got me what I needed and sent me on my way with well wishes!!

I was in Charleston for Halloween and a few days before the holiday I managed to pinch something in my neck and the pain was "excruciating. I didn't even go out for Halloween. I was curled up in bed willing the pain to stop. No migraine meds or Tylenol worked. First thing in the morning today I dragged myself in to see Dr Echard at Access.
I booked online and walked right in. No wait. Adorable location inside a house. He was very patient and walked me through what my options were. I felt welcome and heard. When I couldn’t get a doctor appointment with any of my care providers in a timely manner, I was able to be seen by the team at Access urgent day of. This is the nicest, most friendly, helpful, and capable practice I’ve seen in Charleston. They’ve curated an experience that makes you feel comfortable and well cared for. Bravo
