Moving from another state that I had lived in my whole life was a huge change, and saying I was scared would be an understatement. Her quick responses every time we texted or called, and her patience in answering every single question we had (and we had plenty!) made such a difference during the process.

I cannot say enough good things about Corie. She sold my house in one week and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel smooth and manageable from start to finish. She even hired an interior designer to stage my home, and it looked absolutely gorgeous.
Corie was always available when I called, patiently answered all of my questions, and was incredibly honest and knowledgeable about what results we could expect based on our decisions. She knows everyone in Chapin and clearly understands the market inside and out.
