I did a lot of research before choosing a realtor. Remax at the lake has an outstanding reputation in the area so I contacted Molly to discuss our listing. Molly is awesome and very knowledgeable, she set us up with a member of her team that would do well with our listing. Mike Rash is the realtor in the team that listed and sold our home! Our home was a somewhat unique case with little to nothing around to look at as “comparable”. We had the place destroyed when he came to view the house.
