Chris, Andrew, and Eric from the Columbia, SC office did great with keeping me well informed on their progress. It's nice to have a company send you a daily ETA; and not have you waiting around like your waiting on the cable guy. Throughout the day while they were hard at work they would send me pics of their progress in my crawlspace. They answered any and all questions that I had. You can't go wrong with requesting this crew to have your crawl space encapsulated and a humidifier installed.
Michael Stone came to my home to inspect the lift system already in place and inspect the rest of the foundation. He did find some issues that needed to be addressed and gave me proposal. Michael was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. He provided excellent customer service!
