While searching to find a Himalayan salt, breathing room, I came across this listing on Yelp. I made an appointment and the owner provided very helpful communication to me prior to my visit. I was informed to bring white socks in order to walk on the salt and to wear comfortable clothing. She gave me the address and was able to reschedule my appointment once I found out that the location was a bit of a distance from my home and my work. The actual Salt Room is located in the residence of the owner. While that did not make me uncomfortable, it may be a consideration for others. Being in the holistic field I have known about salt/ halotherapy for years and have had so much success with it for myself and my daughter who was a toddler at the time. Moving from Florida to Sc I was sad that I wouldn’t have my salt therapy anymore. I was so happy to find breath of salt!! The owner is so sweet!! This therapy helps our eczema and allergies, helps us feel better, and look better. This is the best natural remedy!!
