Brought my 86 yr old aunt, that was visiting us for the week on Friday evening. The woman at the front desk was about as unfriendly as she could be. Borderline rude. Acted like she was mad just to ask my aunt’s information. Sorry to use descriptions but she’s probably 20 something, black, heavyset. The rest of the office was fairly pleasant and we were there for about an hour total which was fine. Gave her a prescription for an antibiotic for a UTI.
Only complaint this visit was you need a new receptionist.

Nurse Practitioner Japonica is absolutely amazing! From my experience, she is not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly compassionate and attentive. Japonica goes above and beyond to ensure her patients receive the best care possible. Her ability to explain complex medical information in a way that is easy to understand is truly commendable. I always feel heard and valued during my appointments with her. Japonica's dedication to her patients' well-being is truly inspiring. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of exceptional healthcare.
Quick service friendly staff however I have been trying to get a med refilled since 1/4/24 pharmacy's are on back order which I understand and also it's patients responsibility to try and call around to find the medication which I did however Walgreens will not tell me if it's in stock due to being a controlled substance so I called and informed the office which I got a reply with Walgreens have enough in stock it's been called into there the next day I go the pharmacy states they don't have rx and also its not in stock. Again that's fine then I call to advise the office and I get back it's my responsibility to call and find med,which i understand. So on the hunt again… read full review
