As a whole , this is group is worthy of the 5 star rating. But my reason for giving this review today is to personally and publicly recognize a member of the staff here for her excellent care and patient support , on at least three of my visits here. Her name is Trina. She has made efforts that were above and beyond the duties of position. It was not only appreciated by me as a stickler of high customer service standards but as a woman , with uncertainty and some fears within a diagnosis, she truly comforted me while answering my questions. The care we receive from the providers and nurses at this office is genuinely outstanding. My three children are in great hands — and what makes this practice stand out is the way the team treats the whole family. They ask how I’m doing, share community resources, and go beyond the appointment itself. I’m grateful for that every single visit.
I do want to leave honest feedback about the recent remodel, because it has meaningfully changed our experience. The waiting area feels sterile now — no TV, nothing to engage children while they wait. For a pediatric practice where every patient walks through the door as a child, that’s a tough oversight.
