This place is a hidden jewel. Customer Service was amazing from the moment I entered the building! The staff and physician was SO kind and I was in there and out of there in no time BUT never feeling rushed. They even let me talk their ears off about my private life and encouraged me on my journey. I give them 10 stars :)
Excellent exam yesterday, answered all my questions and I won't wait three years before my next exam. Got a nice photo of my eyes and had very nice help in selecting new frames.
Jennifer Switak is the sweetest doctor very through and takes her time and explains everything as she’s doing it we been going to her since we moved here 10 years ago. Bill the guy that helped me pick out glasses was very patient and found me the best deal with my insurance. The front desk ladies could be a little nicer as they almost ignored me when I arrived.
