Dr Bolin at Pearl Bision did a great job with my eye exam. No pressure to have things done that were not needed. Easy to get an appointment and staff was prepared for my arrival…including having my insurance ready. Getting new glasses was also a breeze with large selection and great prices. Great help with picking cost effective options and suggestions to keep price in line with goals. I will be back!
First time in a Pearl Vision location. Eye exam was quick and efficiently completed. Everyone from the receptionist to the optometrist to the eye care person were very friendly and professional. Prices of lenses were very good especially when unadvertised coupons were thrown in. Highly recommend!
I wish I had gotten everyone's names but regardless here goes; doctor is always so sweet and professional, the front staff were funny, kind and thoughtful. 10/10 recommend. This is honestly the best customer service and help that I've gotten in a long time from any business and I'm so happy with my new glasses. Thank you guys!!!
