My mom and I booked online in advance and came in today for manicures and pedicures.

Angel did a fantastic job—she was meticulous, detail-oriented, and provided an excellent service from start to finish. The manicure, pedicure, and massage were all wonderful, and I really appreciated the care she took.

Caitlyn gave a great massage, but the nail service itself felt rushed. There were still some cuticles and dry skin left behind, and I noticed a small glob of polish that wasn’t smoothed out. Temp in the room is oddly warm. My friend and I were getting pedicures and all of the women left and just left us with the two men doing our pedicures and massages. I was a little uncomfortable and nervous with it just being two men left with us. They also do the foot massage after the pedicure so I had to go back the next day to get my nails repainted because the polish had been smudged and I didn't notice it before I left (we were running late to dinner). I also misread the menu and asked for the paraffin wax.. It was listed under the pedicure that I got but had a handwritten eight beside it so I didn't realize it was an add-on.

I tried this nail salon today because most others were closed for Memorial Day and my usual spot was also closed. I was pleasantly surprised by the attitude and service I received. Everyone in there working was very happy. Even though they mostly spoke in their own language and I needed to ask them to fix a couple things, they did a great job with a smile! My pedicure was amazing, I had never had hot rock foot massage before and the gentleman who did it took his time and patience, it felt so good. Thank you for being so kind, and staying after closing time with a smile. You are much appreciated!
