“I’ve gone to Polish Me Pretty for pedicures for the past 5 years and I’ve always been very happy with their pedicures. I witnessed something yesterday that prompted me to write this review. There was an elderly woman who was clearly having a hard time. She seemed uneasy on her feet and a bit forgetful. The staff was kind to her. As she was leaving a gentleman (who i believe is the owner) insisted on helping her put her shoes on and walked her outside. Prior to leaving, she attempted to pay and he reminded her that she already paid him. She was confused by this. He could have easily taken her money a second time, but he didn’t. It showed his character and I’ll be sure to continue supporting this business.“

Angel did a fantastic job—she was meticulous, detail-oriented, and provided an excellent service from start to finish. The manicure, pedicure, and massage were all wonderful, and I really appreciated the care she took.

Caitlyn gave a great massage, but the nail service itself felt rushed. There were still some cuticles and dry skin left behind, and I noticed a small glob of polish that wasn’t smoothed out. More concerning, it seemed like she may not have had adequate time for a lunch break or proper rest during the day, which likely contributed to the rushed service. That’s not fair to the technician and ultimately reflects on management and scheduling practices.
I also noticed some discussion during the service about transferring her clients to other technicians during the appointment, which came across as unprofessional. Despite the issues, I paid full price because I could tell she was doing her best under the circumstances.

Overall, Angel was exceptional, and I hope management takes a closer look at staffing and scheduling to ensure all technicians have the time and support needed to provide their best work.“
