Kevin came to the house and spent 1 1/2 hrs with me to retrieve my Microsoft email account. He was knowledgeable and worked his magic to retrieve my account. He is very, very knowledgeable and patient. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has computer issues. I was completely shocked at how professionally he could navigate between phone, iPad and computer to solve my problem.
