Steve at Dayweb was lifesaver today! And he does house calls! I needed to unload a ton of data that was taking up a lot of space on my computer and he was able to take most of it off. I highly recommend him and his company!

If you're in need of computer services on Hilton Head Island or anywhere nearby, Day Web is THE place to go. We're visiting HH and working remotely, so when my Apple MacBook Pro wouldn't charge, I was in a panic. Called several places. Most assumed it was a dead battery and said it would be into the next week before it could be fixed. Steve ordered a battery that would arrive 2 days later just in case that WAS the issue, to get me up and running asap. He then took a close look and discovered that other cleanup would solve the problem. Checked the battery and said it was ok. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I was worried I’d lose everything on my old computer, but Steve completely saved the day! Not only was he able to recover all of my files and transfer them safely, but he also upgraded my SSD to 1TB, added antivirus protection, and performed all the necessary updates. My computer is now running faster than ever — and for less than what a brand-new computer would have cost!
The turnaround was incredibly quick — only 2 days — and Steve even set up a remote support app so he can help me with any future issues without me needing to bring my computer back in.
