As a relatively new operations manager for an aging gated community here on HHI, I've had to learn a lot quickly and mostly with the help of SNS. They found numerous IT infrastructure issues that were quickly rectified to create a more stable environment that our security, gate and network systems rely on. They have made major steps from upgrades with our hardware to removing unnecessary components and expenses, saving us significant costs in the long run. Their tech support is professional and courteous, solving many issues remotely and quickly so we can get back to work. I would definitely recommend SNS for all IT and network needs.
