I can’t say enough good things about Stay Strong and the trainers there they are extremely professional and motivated if you want to get in the best shape of your life, this is the place you need to go
This place has changed my life honestly! I saw an advertisement on Facebook for this Stay Strong Fitness and then I signed up for a 6 week challenge. I was coming in with “I’m going to do this 6 weeks and it would help me get a better life”. But after the 6 weeks I wanted to stay because I loved it. I love the help I get from my nutrition and workouts. I had meal plans to begin with before I started here but they helped me with my nutrition as well. This facility and the staff are the best thing to ever happen to Beaufort. As someone who struggles with self love and confidence and past physical injuries, I was completely terrified to go to a gym. But I saw them pop up on my instagram. And I decided to reach out just to see. I had my consultation with Sam and it was a wrap. I decided to try it out and from my first session, I never looked back.
