Extremely happy and satisfied with the owners and installers from Phoenix Flooring. Would highly recommend to anyone needing new flooring. I will definitely use them again for my flooring in the future. You won't be disappointed.
My experience with Phoenix Flooring was excellent from start to finish! I knew exactly which flooring I wanted when I walked in to get an estimate and Joe and Cassandra were easy to work with from there. Installers Sean and his crew were clearly experienced professionals - they did an amazing job tearing out the old floor and installing the new floor. I’d definitely recommend doing business with Phoenix to anyone. I’ll be going back to them when I’m ready to put new flooring in my bedrooms.
Phoenix Flooring and their crew just replaced the floors in our entire house with luxury vinyl. They worked with us through the entire process, including having to remedy some subfloor problems.
They were able to work with us to work around a houseful of furniture.
Everyone was very professional, kind, and helpful.
