Five stars because I can't give six. My experience here was great, and the price was right. Fun talkative staff who know their job, no rush, just really good service. Maybe I was lucky... On short notice, I got an appointment that worked perfectly for my schedule, and people who cared. Today, that kind of service is rare.
Dr. Crider and staff are super compassionate and friendly. They completely understood my situation and were extremely accommodating with both my visual issues and personal needs. The eye exam was comprehensive and fit to my comfort level. Finding my new frames would not have been possible without the amazing input from the staff and I have gotten so many compliments since I picked them up yesterday. Pricing is reasonable and frames for every face. Professional and caring team that stands for excellence.
This was the best service ever. We made our appointment Friday and when we got there it was very fast and easy to get in and out. They were super friendly and very funny. Gave us multiple options on the glasses for my siblings when they weren’t sure. Would definitely recommend.10/10
