I have had a fantastic experience with Dr. Webster and all the staff at Beaufort Eye Center. They are extremely professional experts who are caring and accessible as well. I am very grateful to have been treated by Dr. Webster and this group ( and the Beaufort Memorial Hospital anesthesia and surgical teams ) and to be able to see after cataract surgery!

While some patients have experienced long wait times for appointments, this has reportedly improved during follow-up visits. There have also been instances of billing errors, such as incorrect co-pay quotes and difficulties accessing insurance information.
Dr. Kokanokis, another physician at the center, is also highly regarded for her thoroughness, taking time with each patient, and her ability to diagnose and treat eye conditions. Patients appreciate her knowledge and dedication to providing quality care.
Reviews
Trust. I trust my Doctor with the care of my eyes That's important. Seeing is what matters.
Dr. Kokinakis is cutting edge (no pun intended) in opthalmic diagnosis and treatment, including cataract surgery, which is how I know her. She is totally well-qualified, professional, personable. Prior to surgery I needed reading glasses, 3.25 strength to read newspapers or books. Post-op I can read either without glasses, but 1.5 strength reading glasses make it easier. Night driving seems perfectly normal now. I am so pleased with
Dr. Kokinakas and the result of her surgeries. Also, her staff is equally professional and friendly and helpful. I recommend her and Beaufort Eye Center without reservation.
