Moved into our home 18 months ago and had two scheduled maintenance visits. Both technicians were very professional and informative when asked about the service they had done. First tech unfortunately do not remember his name but Tyrik was the second technician. Thank you for a job well done.

Kaleb worked long and hard locating a leak, make recommendations. He was here for four and a half hours making sure everything was done correctly. He was very professional about every step. We had a number of issues. He explained everything before proceeding.

I can’t say enough about Carolina Air. They put in a unit for us several years back and have maintained the service contract every year. We are are happy with the system, the service twice yearly and prompt response to our questions. Tim just left my house and did a thorough job in taking care of both of our units, I couldn’t be happier. Thanks Carolina Air!
