I was planning on using the florist for my wedding flowers, I would be making the arrangements myself so I only needed to order the stems. I came to Bill with exact quantities and the exact flowers that I wanted. We went in store to go over the order on April 25th and were told he would get an estimate to us in the next couple of days. I did not receive the estimate until May 6th after we had to go in store multiple times asking for it, and when I did receive it there were multiple flowers on there that I specifically said I did not want and the quantities were quadrupled for everything. Do not order flowers from this business! They delivered flowers 2 days late and the delivery driver was rude and hostile to my 81 year old mother. What horrible service! She had previously been a loyal customer there but never again.

I am so disappointed. I order a FTD arrangement for a loss in the family. What I ordered was a basket arrangement with a white lily, green ivy plant, green fern plant and another house green plant and a white flower with a white bow. What they sent was 2 fall mum plants that you buy from walmart and a pepper plant. This plant not including all the FTD fees cost $70. If I want to hand this sad family fall mums I would of grabbed myself! I never received a phone call from them saying they can't make what I ordered or a call from FTD. Absolutely not okay specially when sending for a loss in the family.
