Called and spoke with Keith about a trailer to haul golf cart to the beach. From the first call, I knew I was in good hands. Keith did a hold for me. I went to the Anderson store the next day and completed the rental contract for pickup a few days later at the Greer store. Keith explained everything and when I arrived in Greer, everything was exactly as Keith said it would be. I also interacted with 3-4 employees at the Greer store at pickup and drop off. I rented a hydraulic dump trailer and a tow behind lift. Johnathan was my initial contact person. He was very helpful and in making the necessary reservation for the equipment. When it came time to get the equipment, I simply went to the desk, he was there, and activated the rentals for pickup. I got the trailer first and lift second. A yard service person assisted me getting the equipment. When it came time to get the lift a quick overview of operation was provided.

We needed 6 scissor lifts for our annual physical inventory and United Rental was our choice. The equipment arrived early and was picked up immediately afterwards, Customer service was excellent with tons of knowledge so doing business with United Rental will ALWAYS be my first option.
