Margaret Belk with Carpet One Anderson has been fantastic to work with. The installers were reliable and efficient. We have had some issues since the carpet tiles were put in and they have quickly resolved them without and backlash or addtional cost to us. I highly recommend them and Margaret!

We have used Carpet One twice in different rooms. Exceptional service from everyone in salsa to installation. Installers on time, they did an excellent job, cleaned up after their work. Highly recommend this firm!

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Carpet One. From the day we walked in the door seeking to extend existing hardwood floors in the home we had just purchased, Margaret Belk was clearly in charge. She found the product, made sure it was still available, and scheduled the guys to come out to measure (they were punctual & very knowledgeable). The installation crew (leader Rinaldo) showed up each day as scheduled, worked hard, and cleaned up. They were professional and considerate. I will never go anywhere else for my flooring needs.
