I haven’t always had the best experiences at this dentist, so coming in can make me pretty nervous. However, Rebeca always makes me feel so much better about my appointments. She has the most amazing attitude, is incredibly kind and welcoming, and always makes sure I’m comfortable. She truly goes above and beyond to make every visit a positive experience. I always enjoy having her, and she is a big reason why I feel more at ease coming back. Thank you, Rebeca, for making such a difference!
The team here is always friendly and welcoming. From the front desk staff to the hygienists and Dr. Patel, everyone goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and well cared for. They’re quick but thorough, and I never have to wait long for my appointments. They also do a great job sending reminders, which makes it easy to stay on top of scheduling. The office has a relaxing atmosphere, and its convenient downtown Aiken location is an added bonus.
Rebecca was excellent as well. She provided a thorough cleaning in a short period of time. Everyone was friendly and kind. Great experience overall, and plan to return for next semiannual visit.
